How do I set up Slack notifications for scan results?

Slack notifications are available on the Starter plan (EUR 49/mo) and above. Here's how to set them up:

Step 1: Create a Slack Webhook

1. Go to api.slack.com/apps and create a new app (or use an existing one).
2. Enable Incoming Webhooks in the app settings.
3. Click Add New Webhook to Workspace and select the channel where you want notifications.
4. Copy the webhook URL (it looks like https://hooks.slack.com/services/T.../B.../xxx).

Step 2: Configure in Analytics Proof

1. Go to your project in the Analytics Proof dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
3. Toggle Slack to enabled.
4. Paste your webhook URL.
5. Save the settings.

Step 3: Set Up Scheduled Scans

Slack notifications are most useful with scheduled scans:

1. Go to your scan target and create a scan schedule.
2. Set the frequency (daily is available on Starter and above).
3. Enable the schedule.

Now you'll get a Slack message every time a scan finishes — you'll know immediately if your compliance score drops because of a CMP update, a new tracking vendor appearing, or a configuration change.

Email Notifications

Email notifications work similarly and are also available from the Starter plan. You can configure multiple notification email addresses per scan schedule. Both email and Slack can be active simultaneously.
